In its more than three decades of existence, Shringar Films has done breakthrough work in Film Distribution, On-Screen programming , Innovative film marketing and also supported the birth and blooming of India's most dynamic multiplex chain; Fame Cinemas under the leadership of Mr. Shravan Shroff. Its relentless drive to facilitate access to world class entertainment to the Indian audience has cemented its position in the distribution space. Shringar Films understood the importance of the distribution bridge, in the value chain of film making, which has Production and Exhibition on the other two sides. It moved on from being a distributor to forming a unified entity, Shringar Films Ltd in 1999. This umbrella corporation housed the film exhibition division as its key drivers and also went on to raise public capital to support the aggressive expansion. In the process, Shringar Films, created tremendous value addition to the growth of its film distribution business.
